I had 75k in Corporate debt and 25k in personal debt. Fortunately for me, all that debt was on LOCs and Credit cards that were unsecured. I get the debt relief program, and then hired Marcel to handle the debt for me. Here is what I can say. The bank wrote off the debt as sent to collections. So I do have a strike on both the corporate and personal credit score. HOWEVER. The debt collectors have all backed off once Marcel started applying his process. So as of this moment the 100k that I owed isn't collectable and the debt collectors don't want a fight so they have dropped my file. Over all a HUGE win.
