How YOUR personality handles psyops
How Your Personality Handles Psyops – An Enneagram Guide to Manipulation Resistance
The foundation for nearly every single client I work with is personality, specifically the Enneagram typing system. It is the foundation which all further bricks are placed.
It doesn’t matter how much mindset, spiritual, health or biohacking measures we put in play if we don’t have the foundation. When the foundation is disintegrated, anything we put on top of it will crumble.
Your psyche is under attack with psychological operations. This changes your psyche, and your personality.
You can defend against that, and here’s your first lesson in how.
Not All Minds Break the Same Way
Here's what the architects of psychological operations know (and don't want you to know):
Your personality type determines how you process manipulation—and how you resist it.
Some of us fight back immediately. Some of us freeze and doubt ourselves. Some of us rationalize and comply. And some of us see through it from day one.
Understanding your Enneagram type is like getting the blueprint for your own mind—so you can see where you're vulnerable to gaslighting, and where you're unshakeable.
For the sake of avoiding overload, I won’t go in depth on the Enneagram, but you can easily find the information you need to get up to speed with Grok, or Brave search engine. Avoid chat GPT, as it is a psyop tool IMHO. For that matter, be discerning with any source you use.
If you need or want personal guidance, I can help.
This is not about putting yourself in a box. This is about recognizing your patterns so you can break free from manipulation.
Let's go type by type.
TYPE 1 – The Perfectionist / Reformer
Core Wound:
"I must be good, right, and beyond reproach."
How Psyops Hook You:
  • Moral authority figures (doctors, scientists, officials) trigger your respect for "doing the right thing"
  • You're told questioning = being irresponsible, selfish, or morally deficient
  • Guilt is your kryptonite ("If you don't comply, people will suffer because of you")
Your Gaslighting Weak Spot:
You internalize the narrative that if you question, you're bad.
How You Resist:
  • Your inner integrity compass is STRONG.When something violates your sense of justice, you can't unsee it.
  • You have a bullshit detector for hypocrisy —and once you see the double standards, you're done.
  • Your superpower: Righteous discernment. You don't just resist—you reform.
Your Liberation:
"I can question authority and still be good. In fact, questioning corruption is the most moral thing I can do."
TYPE 2 – The Helper / Giver
Core Wound:
"I must be needed and loved, or I am worthless."
How Psyops Hook You:
  • Emotional manipulation ("Do it for others. Be selfless. Don't be difficult.")
  • You're told that caring = compliance and that questioning makes you "divisive"
  • Fear of being rejected or seen as selfish keeps you quiet
Your Gaslighting Weak Spot:
You sacrifice your truth to keep the peace and stay loved.
How You Resist:
  • Once you realize the system doesn't actually care about people , your loyalty shifts.
  • You have a fierce protective instinct —when you see loved ones harmed, you become a mama bear.
  • Your superpower: Relational intelligence. You see through fake empathy and performative care instantly.
Your Liberation:
"True love doesn't demand my silence. Protecting others means speaking truth, even when it's uncomfortable."
TYPE 3 – The Achiever / Performer
Core Wound:
"I must succeed and be admired, or I am worthless."
How Psyops Hook You:
  • Social proof and status ("All the successful/smart people are doing this")
  • Fear of being seen as a failure, conspiracy theorist, or social outcast
  • Image management overrides truth-seeking—you'll comply to protect your reputation
Your Gaslighting Weak Spot:
You'll betray your intuition to maintain your image and belonging.
How You Resist:
  • Once you realize the game is rigged and success = compliance with corruption , you pivot hard.
  • You're a strategic thinker —when you see the long-term consequences, you recalculate.
  • Your superpower: Adaptability. You can rebrand yourself as a truth-teller and make it look good.
Your Liberation:
"My worth is not determined by social approval. True success is living in integrity, not performing for a corrupt system."
TYPE 4 – The Individualist / Romantic
Core Wound:
"I am fundamentally flawed and don't belong."
How Psyops Hook You:
  • You're told that your uniqueness makes you dangerous or "other"
  • Fear of being further alienated keeps you from speaking up
  • Depression and existential despair can make you apathetic ("What's the point anyway?")
Your Gaslighting Weak Spot:
You internalize rejection and withdraw rather than fight.
How You Resist:
  • Your nonconformity is built-in —you were never going to fit in anyway, so why start now?
  • You have deep emotional authenticity —you can't fake alignment with something that feels wrong.
  • Your superpower: Creative rebellion. You turn your alienation into art, truth, and cultural resistance.
Your Liberation:
"My refusal to conform isn't a flaw—it's my gift. I was born to see what others miss."
TYPE 5 – The Investigator / Observer
Core Wound:
"I must protect my resources and knowledge, or I'll be overwhelmed."
How Psyops Hook You:
  • Information overload and contradictory data trigger your need for certainty
  • You retreat into analysis paralysis, unable to act
  • Detachment becomes avoidance —you observe but don't engage
Your Gaslighting Weak Spot:
You get lost in research and never trust yourself enough to take a stand.
How You Resist:
  • You're a natural researcher —you will dig until you find the truth, and you don't need social validation to believe it.
  • Your pattern recognition is unmatched —you see the inconsistencies before anyone else.
  • Your superpower: Intellectual sovereignty. You don't need anyone to tell you what to think.
Your Liberation:
"I have enough information. I can trust my analysis. It's time to act on what I know."
TYPE 6 – The Loyalist / Skeptic
Core Wound:
"I am unsafe and unsupported in the world."
How Psyops Hook You:
  • Fear-based messaging ("You're in danger. Trust the authorities to keep you safe.")
  • Authority figures exploit your need for security and guidance
  • You're paralyzed between trusting the system and trusting your gut
Your Gaslighting Weak Spot:
You doubt your own perception and seek external validation from "experts."
How You Resist:
  • Once you realize the authorities are the threat , your loyalty shifts to truth.
  • You're a natural skeptic —your questioning nature is actually your greatest asset.
  • Your superpower: Courageous loyalty. When you commit to truth, you're unshakeable.
Your Liberation:
"My doubt is not weakness—it's discernment. I can trust myself more than I trust corrupt systems."
TYPE 7 – The Enthusiast / Epicure
Core Wound:
"I must avoid pain and stay stimulated, or I'll be trapped in suffering."
How Psyops Hook You:
  • Distraction and entertainment keep you from looking at hard truths
  • You're told that focusing on the negative makes you a "doomer"
  • Avoidance of discomfort = avoidance of reality
Your Gaslighting Weak Spot:
You escape into positivity and refuse to sit with the darkness.
How You Resist:
  • Once the pain becomes unavoidable , you stop running and face it head-on.
  • You're a visionary —you can see the future possibilities beyond the current chaos.
  • Your superpower: Optimistic rebellion. You don't just resist—you imagine and create the new world.
Your Liberation:
"True freedom isn't escaping pain—it's facing it and choosing joy anyway. I can hold both."
TYPE 8 – The Challenger / Protector
Core Wound:
"I must be strong and in control, or I'll be vulnerable and betrayed."
How Psyops Hook You:
  • They don't. You see through bullshit immediately.
  • BUT: Your rage and confrontation can be weaponized to make you look "dangerous"
  • You're painted as the aggressor when you're actually the protector
Your Gaslighting Weak Spot:
You're isolated and demonized for speaking truth, which can make you doubt your approach (but not your truth).
How You Resist:
  • You're a natural disruptor —you were built for this fight.
  • You have zero tolerance for injustice —you'll burn it all down if necessary.
  • Your superpower: Protective fury. You don't just resist for yourself—you resist for everyone who can't.
Your Liberation:
"My strength is not toxic. My refusal to comply is not aggression. I am the guardian at the gate."
TYPE 9 – The Peacemaker / Mediator
Core Wound:
"I must keep the peace and avoid conflict, or I'll lose connection."
How Psyops Hook You:
  • "Don't rock the boat. Stay neutral. Everyone has a point."
  • You're told that taking a stand makes you divisive
  • Conflict avoidance = complicity
Your Gaslighting Weak Spot:
You numb out and go along to get along, even when you know something's wrong.
How You Resist:
  • Once you realize silence is not peace—it's betrayal of self , you wake up.
  • You have deep inner knowing —when you finally listen to it, you're immovable.
  • Your superpower: Grounded presence. You don't resist with aggression—you resist with unshakeable calm.
Your Liberation:
"True peace requires truth. I can hold space for conflict without losing myself. My voice matters."
The Bottom Line
Psyops work because they target your core wound.
But your core wound is also the doorway to your greatest strength.
Know your type. Know your vulnerability. Know your power.
Then become unfuckwithable.
Which type are you? And where have you been hooked?
