Tiffins Signature Bread Service
I know this is not Sourdough Bread. I had to share this bread experience.
I just got back from Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World (we live close) and my wife and I had lunch at Tiffins. They had this amazing bread appetizer called Tiffins Signature Bread Service. It’s a shareable starter that brings a mix of international breads and dipping sauces.
- Thai Red Curry Milk Bread – soft, slightly sweet bread with curry flavor
- Pão de Queijo – Brazilian cheese bread (small, chewy, cheesy rolls)
- Papadam – thin, crispy Indian-style lentil cracker
Dipping sauces
- Coconut-curry sauce
- Guava sauce
- Ginger-pear chutney
