What do you need to make your very own sourdough starter?
You don’t need much! Here’s the list:
✔ Jar: 0,7-1 L (23,7 – 33,8 oz) with a lid
✔ Flours: Start with whole rye, then switch to unbleached wheat (all-purpose or bread)
✔ Water: Good tap water (left out overnight) or bottled if needed
✔ Tools (optional but helpful): Kitchen scale, silicone spatula, thermometer
✔ Temperature: Keep it warm - 26-30°C (78,8-86°F) for best results
