Healing Circle This Sunday 🌍
This session was first inspired by the recent storms and flooding here in Portugal and all those affected over the past weeks. As I sat with that intention, it felt important to open the circle wider, to hold space for anyone, anywhere, moving through uncertainty, intensity, or collective heaviness right now.
We’ll gather to breathe, center, and gently send steadiness and care outward.
