Participation + content ✨💗
The aim is not to bury you under constant new material. It's to provide a rhythm in which we can practise, reflect, journal, discuss and live the teaching.
🌿 The free community
The free community gives you a place to explore the foundations of the work through:
- selected practices and meditations
- journaling and reflection prompts
- conversations around The Mystic’s Prayer
- psychology and values-based resources
- colour, resonance and conscious participation
- forgiveness, karma and repeating patterns
- spiritual-centre teachings and everyday application
You don't need to complete everything - it's a path not a course! 🤭❤️🔥
Follow what is helpful or useful
Notice what changes (it can take time)
Bring it into life (intentional magic happens) 🤗
Then come back and tell us all that you've learnt and/or discovered! 🙌
🕯️ Higher Love Circle 🙏
For those who want to go deeper, the paid Higher Love Circle meets twice each month.
Holding the Lantern is our shared contemplative gathering.
We practise with the Lord’s Prayer through the spiritual centres, meditate together, notice what emerges, and work with the inner movement of the Prayer. We will focus more deeply on a particular centre each month, and I will share teachings from my journal (110 pages! plenty of goodness) The practice also includes building the energy of Higher Love as a collective outward offering — cultivating the qualities of Love, peace or compassion together, then sending that intention beyond ourselves.
Afterward, I’ll share a journaling prompt (or not - intuitive I think, is best ✨).
Journaling allows the practice to continue... and then travel into everyday life. It becomes a live resource that is there for you when you need it most (trust me on this).
💦 Watering the Crossing is our second monthly gathering ✨
Here we take one question or theme arising from The Mystic’s Prayer and place it in conversation with another pathway — perhaps psychology, Edgar Cayce, contemplative Christianity, another spiritual tradition, Hermetic philosophy, mystical writing, historical texts or research.
Not to flatten everything into sameness, but to ask:
💦Where do these pathways genuinely meet?
💦Where are they different?
💦What does one illuminate in another?
What seeds will flower when we water?
🌱 A simple rhythm
You can think of the community as:
Practise → Journal → Reflect → Live → Share
Or, sometimes:
Receive → Work with it → Carry it into life → Offer something back
The work is not all within.
And it's not all without.
What happens inside us changes how we meet the world. And what we participate in, nourish, create and contribute also changes us.
That is where the teaching becomes lived.
So please join in when you feel ready.
Share a thought.
Ask a question.
Offer a journal insight.
Tell us what you noticed.
Tell us what changed when you tried something in real life.
You don't need to be profound.
Curiosity (and humour) is all that's required! 🤭💫
The more we participate, the more we support and learn from one another 🤗🥰
"Fully Human and Fully Divine - at every Centre" 🙏
