Most women have been taught to suffer quietly and call it “normal.”
Nah. We’re not doing that anymore.
I just watched this conversation with Dr. Rachel Rubin, and baby… this is the kind of information women should have been given a long time ago. The episode covers women’s sexual health, menopause, HRT, libido, pelvic health, and the truth that symptoms like dryness, painful sex, leakage, urgency, and recurring UTIs are often dismissed as normal when they are not. (Mel Robbins)
What hit me most is this:
Too many women are out here blaming themselves for symptoms that deserve support, answers, and real medical attention.
We have got to stop normalizing struggle just because it’s common.
If your body has been whispering, changing, or flat-out raising hell, this is your sign to pay attention.
Ask questions.
Do your research.
Push for better care.
And stop letting anybody make you feel dramatic for wanting to feel good in your own body.
