Hello loves! I'm so thankful for each and every one of you being contributors and sisters in this community! I have so much instore for us here! Thank you for your patience through this last week. I will admit my shadows got me good with some pretty intense inner work and darker thoughts I needed to work through. I'm back and I know im loved and cared for and this place is REAL. Its so important TO ADMIT when you need support and let yourself receive it. That's exactly what I did with my ankle. It was really hard, but I had to get brave and cancel things and ask for help surrender and LET IT GO. ❄ 🏔 🌨 ☃️ I'm so excited to say my foot is healing up and doing WAY better!!! Truly a lifeline through my bouts of depression and the grieving that is present for me right now while I balance the duality of this space here!
