Week 3: Retraining my Fascia
This week was tough.. my fascia was dense because I was tense.
Constantly thinking about things (positive or negative) can take over the mind and the connective tissue will dehydrate, tighten then shrink around the head, neck, and shoulders. Pair this with forward neck posture and holding a 7 month old, daily.
In the upcoming week I plan to focus on grace and redemption.
My fascia is in a rebirth stage.
