I am currently 7mo postpartum, learning how to love my fascia in its new state of being.
These are some things I mentally let go of for a while during this time of healing but my body held onto:
- Bad (lazy) eating habits
- Making excuses for my lack of exercise
- Not hydrating myself
All of these things were in corners of my mind but I couldn’t bring myself to do ANY of them..
This week was different. I went on THREE 5 mile walks, drank lots of water, and ate more intentionally!
My fascia thanked me by my third walk, loosening up in the hips and freely walking without restriction.
