Iโ€™m going LIVE to break down REAL posture patterns and show you how fascia, movement habits, tension, compensation patterns, and the nervous system all connect through the body.
This is NOT about โ€œperfect posture.โ€
This is about understanding:

  • Where tension may actually be coming from
  • How fascial pull lines affect alignment
  • Why pain and tightness often show up far away from the real issue
  • How emotional stress and protective patterns can physically shape the body over time
