Soulmate University: Monday Check-In New week, new intention 💛
Welcome back to Soulmate University. This week, we are not just talking about love we are putting the work into becoming the kind of person who can create and sustain a healthy, meaningful relationship. A soulmate is not here to complete you. The work begins with becoming more whole, honest, self-aware, and aligned with the love you say you want. Monday Q&A: Be honest with yourself Take a moment to answer these questions in your journal or in the comments: 1. What kind of relationship am I truly ready for right now? 2. What qualities do I desire in a partner and am I developing those qualities in myself? 3. What does self-love look like for me this week? 4. What relationship patterns, fears, or beliefs am I ready to examine? 5. What is one action I can take today that supports the future I want? You do not need perfect answers. You need honest ones. Course reflection; The course has brought us back to a few important foundations: • Clarity: Know what you desire, including your values, standards, and non-negotiables. • Self-love: Treat yourself with the care, respect, and compassion you want to experience in partnership. • Healthy connection: Communicate honestly, listen deeply, respect boundaries, and avoid leading people on. • Healing: Notice the old beliefs and relationship patterns that may be shaping your choices. • Action: Growth becomes real when it changes what you don't only what you say or imagine. • Commitment: A healthy relationship requires consistency, effort, responsibility, and a willingness to grow. • Surrender: Do your part without becoming consumed by timing or trying to control every outcome. This week’s assignment; Choose one area and practice it for the next seven days: Write or update your soulmate characteristics list. • Complete a daily self-love action. • Identify one boundary you need to strengthen. • Replace one limiting relationship belief with a healthier belief. Take one aligned social action, such as attending an event, joining a community, or having an authentic conversation. Reflect after each action: Did this help me feel more like myself?

My name is John Wilson
Good afternoon everyone I hope that y’all have a blessed and positive day
Ready for a New Chapter ✨
Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Michael, 32, from Dublin, Ireland, and I’m really excited to be part of this community. I’ve joined because I’m looking to meet someone special and build a genuine, meaningful relationship. Over the past year I’ve been focusing on becoming the best version of myself—improving my confidence, my health, and stepping outside my comfort zone. A little about me: I work in a cinema, I’m a big film lover, enjoy travelling, good coffee, great conversations, and having a laugh. I believe the best relationships start with friendship, honesty, kindness, and mutual respect. I’m looking forward to connecting with everyone, learning from this community, and seeing where the journey leads. Wishing you all the very best on your own soulmate journey! 😊
