Love that sees the Soul
The world teaches us to look with our eyes first. We notice appearance, style, shape, and presentation. Attraction often becomes the starting place and people hope love will grow from there. Much of modern culture measures beauty through outward features, social approval, and physical appeal. Scripture presents a different starting point God has always been concerned with what lives beneath the surface. In 1 Samuel 16:7 we are reminded that people tend to look at the outward appearance while the Lord looks at the heart. That statement changes the entire framework of how love should begin. When love starts with the soul, something powerful happens. You begin to see the qualities that actually sustain a relationship over time. Character begins to matter more than charm. Kindness becomes more noticeable than style. Integrity carries more weight than image. Faith, humility, patience, and compassion become the things that truly attract you. These qualities do not appear instantly They reveal themselves slowly through a person’s actions, through the way they speak to others, through the way they handle disappointment, through the way they show grace when life becomes difficult. The soul speaks through behavior long before words explain it. The world often teaches that beauty creates love. The biblical perspective teaches that love reveals beauty. When you care deeply about someone’s heart, your perception changes. The small things begin to stand out in ways they never did before. Their laughter feels warmer. Their imperfections feel softer. Their presence begins to feel like home rather than something you simply admire from a distance. This is where Soulhygiene becomes important. When your inner life is healthy and grounded in Truth, your Vision becomes clearer. You stop chasing what only looks good for a moment and begin valuing what carries substance for a lifetime. A clean soul changes what you notice in people. Instead of asking how impressive someone appears, you begin asking what kind of person they are when no one is watching. Instead of pursuing attention, you start recognizing integrity.

Love that sees the Soul
🐛Soul Snippet: The Caterpillar Belief
🐛Most of its life, the caterpillar believes one thing. “I am just this.” Just crawling. Just inching along. Just surviving leaf to leaf. It does not know it carries wings. 🐛Then something strange happens. It begins to change. It enters a quiet place, A cocoon. Inside that cocoon, everything it once was begins to break down, Not improved, Not polished, but Broken down. Old form dissolves so a new one can emerge. 🦋SoulHygiene works the same way. There comes a moment in your life when the version of you that survived yesterday can no longer carry tomorrow. Old beliefs start falling apart. Old habits lose their grip. Old identities begin to crack. It can feel uncomfortable, Even frightening. Transformation always begins with disruption. 🦋You thought you were just a caterpillar. Just crawling through life, Just getting by. God already saw the wings. “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind…”✝️ Romans 12:2 🐛SoulHygiene is the cocoon. It is where you examine your thoughts. Clean out what is false, and let Truth reshape you. 🦋One day you will look back and realize something beautiful. You were never meant to stay crawling. You were always meant to fly. • What belief about yourself might need to dissolve for the next version of you to emerge❓️ • What part of your life feels like a cocoon right now, uncomfortable, but necessary❓️ 🦋Today, release one thought that keeps you small. 🦋Write it down. ✝️Replace it with a truth that gives your wings room to open. Much Love Ms Teejay ♡

🌿Soul Snippet: Crossings that change us
You don’t meet people by chance. Every crossing carries purpose, even when it feels uncomfortable. Each person you meet leaves a mark. Some teach you how to love. Some stretch you to grow. Some stay for seasons. Some leave a memory that lingers longer than expected. You change people too. Sometimes with kindness. Sometimes with silence. Sometimes just by showing up as yourself. You won’t agree with everyone. You aren’t meant to. Even Jesus stood firm while loving fully. He didn’t bend truth to fit comfort, yet He chose compassion every time. Your words matter. Your tone matters. Your restraint matters. Strength and charity can live in the same body. Faith doesn’t need force. Love doesn’t need volume. Stand firm. Be strong. Let love lead your actions. “Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. Let all your things be done with charity.” 1 Corinthians 16:13–14 (KJV) • Who has recently crossed your path, and what might you be meant to learn from that encounter? • How are your words shaping the people around you right now? Today, pause before you speak. Choose words that heal, not wound. Stand firm in truth, and let love guide ho🌿Soul Snippet: Crossings that change us You don’t meet people by chance. Oct 15th SoulSnippet
🌿Soul Snippet: Freedom✝️🇺🇲 Freedom is more than a flag waving in the wind, it’s the sound of a soul unchained. Freedom begins when your spirit no longer bows to fear. When your worship flows unfiltered, without worry of judgment or rejection. When your voice carries God’s Word boldly, without hesitation or apology. Freedom is not found in man’s approval or the world’s validation, it’s found in surrendering to the One who gave His life so you could live yours fully. You were not created to live caged by guilt, shame, or opinion. You were created to walk in Truth, to speak Love, and to Live unbound by the past. The Spirit of the Lord doesn’t just open prison doors. He breaks them off their hinges. So lift your hands. Sing loud. Love deep. Be free, because your freedom was bought with a price no man can take away. 🕊Where in your life have you mistaken comfort for freedom? 🕊How can you use your spiritual freedom to uplift and serve others today? “Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” 2 Corinthians 3:17 Live your freedom out loud. Pray without restraint. Love without limit. And let your life be the evidence that true liberty is found in Christ alone. Much Love Ms Teejay

Oct 12th. Sunday Soul Snippet
🌹 Sunday Soul Snippit: “Focus on the Good” When your heart shifts its focus, your whole world changes. When you focus on the good, the good gets better. When you look for light, darkness loses its grip. When you see love, hate fades to the background. When you give kindness, understanding, and compassion, lives begin to change, including your own. When truth becomes your constant, lies no longer find a place to stand, and when strength shows up in your spirit, victory isn’t far behind. You were never meant to just survive, you were created to live. You have all the tools within you because the One who made you, equipped you perfectly. Be brave enough to shine, even when it’s cloudy. Be steady enough to believe, even when it’s quiet. Be you, fully and fearlessly, and never stop looking for something wonderful to happen. 🕊What “good” can you focus on today that will help the rest fade away? 🕊How can you be a giver of love, strength, and kindness in your circle? ✝️Galatians 5:22–23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” ⏸️ Pause today and speak life into someone. One kind word, one act of love, one moment of truth. That’s how the good gets better. Much Love Ms Teejay
