Quick question
Just got an email from thia group and its long so Ill just summarize it and then ask a question.
  1. Running from pain is bad. No transmformation towards power/good and instead if left that way for a long time you cant even figure out where all the pain/anxeity/etc comes from.
  2. Covering it even with "good" stuff like self help books, therapy, etc can seem like strength but in the end its still just covering/rumning from it.
  3. The only real solution is to sit in it. Experience it fully.
Can you guys share how that has been going for you? How does that sitting with it works in your life?
