Life Updates!!! 🌺✨
Hello my loves,
Life has been ABSOLUTELY hectic in the most beautiful ways these last few weeeks.
So many life lessons have been shared with me in such a short span of time, but all I can say is that it’s been preparing me for what is to come. The universe will always find a way to give you what you need. Even if it’s not what you want.
My lesson for the last few weeks was a lesson in resting. Being able to sit down, enjoy life, and do absolutely nothing in order to allow my nervous system to reset and prepare for this next chapter in my life.
What is this next chapter? Well I’ll be sharing a video on this soon!
In the meantime, I want you to really take some time today to sit down and journal or meditate on what the universe has been trying to show/tell you these last couple of weeks? Have you been listening? Are you paying attention? And most importantly, are you surrendering?
P.s it is currently day 3 of my very first Plant medicine group trip, and I cannot wait to share the life-changing insights we’ve experienced on this trip.
