A community for deep soul connection and resonance as you walk the soul evolution path home to yourself.
An integration community for people working with microdosing, integrating a peak experience, or in a big season of growth, who want their new awareness to become embodied.
Healing moves in a spiral, and here you have support at every turn. You learn to change the way you run your energy, re-pattern people pleasing, and self-source instead of pulling energy from others. As your energy shifts, your perspective shifts, and your sensitivity becomes a gift.

Soul Evolution Method has become a deeply meaningful part of my spiritual practice. At the heart of the work is a felt understanding of my own unique life force energy — learning to hold myself with intention and heart-centered care. The teachings, embodied practices, energy clearings, meditations, and group calls create a beautiful rhythm for returning to myself and deepening my growth. Amy teaches from lived experience, without ego or hierarchy. Love this community we are growing together!
