Practice "I accept I allow I release" and with the intention to release what your holding.
Repeat 1000 times a day if you have to. Literally.
Imagine yourself cutting all the energetic cords surrounding you with your hand or a magic wand.
Practice breathing and clarity tapping. (I put up a separate post on this) just tapping through any resistance or worry or anxiety or emotion without dialogue just tapping, while breathing and just coming back to yourself helps so much.
And remember the quote about how surrender isnt passive like lie down on the floor, but its more about the energy of acceptance. Accepting and trusting the flow of what's happening or what's coming. Surrendering control.
