Most people try to ā€œfigure things outā€ while still carrying stress, tension, and emotional weight in their body.

šŸ”„ Try This Simple Clarity Reset (5 minutes):
Before you analyze anything… clear what you're holding.
Step 1: Tap Through the Senses
Gently tap (EFT style or simply rhythmic tapping on your body) while bringing awareness to:
  • šŸ‘ What you’re seeing (images, mental pictures, visual noise)
  • šŸ‘‚ What you’re hearing (internal dialogue, external sounds)
  • šŸ’­ What you’re feeling (sensations, emotions in the body)
No need to explain. no need to process it.
šŸ‘‰ Just notice + tap.
šŸ“Š Step 2: Check Your State
Pause and ask yourself:
ā€œWhere am I now, out of 10?ā€
(10 = clear, calm, grounded)
šŸ” Step 3: Clear the Residual
If anything is still there:
šŸ‘‰ Tap specifically on the remaining emotion or sensation(pressure, anxiety, frustration, heaviness, etc.)
Let it move. Don’t force it.
šŸ”® Why This Works: You can chase emotions with words all day…But when you clear what’s stored in the body first, you remove up to 80% of the charge.
Without overthinking.
Without rehashing the story.

Only after clearing → come back to the problem, decision, or feeling.

  • More space
