What’s the event tonight intale?

I was reflecting recently on why, when we meditate, we often have difficult memories or emotions come up. Have you noticed that when you meditate it brings up really challenging emotions? When we connect with higher vibrational beings, they're not revealing the density within us, they're not showing us the bad human beings that we are what they are doing is lowering their vibration to meet us and that reveals the lower dense energies within us, those are being revealed to be healed. It's as if they're turning on a light bulb within us to allow us to see what we're ready to let go of. This is why, in my energy healing meditations, I invite you to turn over to your angels, anything which may be holding you back. What is it that's coming up for you repeatedly in your meditations? Are you ready to ask your higher self, your angels and guides to transmute that energy so that you can let go and hold on to only the lesson?
