EFT is a gentle mind‑body practice where you tap on specific acupressure points while acknowledging what you’re feeling. It helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring you back into your center.
✨ A Simple Holiday Tapping Sequence
Try this whenever you feel stressed, rushed, or emotionally overloaded:
1. Name the feeling as you tap the karate chop point
“Even though I’m feeling stressed right now, I’m open to finding a little more ease.”
2. Tap through the points
- Eyebrow
- Side of eye
- Under eye
- Under nose
- Chin
- Collarbone
- Under arm
- Top of head
At each point, gently tap and say a phrase like:
“This stress.”
“This pressure.”
“I’m doing my best.”
“I choose calm.”
3. Close with a breath
Place a hand on your heart, inhale deeply, and exhale slowly.
Feel your body soften.
