The Journey Begins Recovery 26 is happening in 19 hours
Mel Robbins and Simon Sinek-A Great Listen
1. Take Small, Practical Actions When Feeling Overwhelmed or Emotionally Drained How to push through days when life feels too heavy, even struggling to get out of bed, by finding simple, actionable ways to regain control. It encourages starting with the “5 Second Rule” rather than waiting to “feel ready.” Progress is possible even on tough days. 2. Let Go of the Need to Control Others (and Their Opinions) The “Let Them Theory” allows us to shed the weight of others’ expectations and giving people freedom to be themselves. This frees us to align with our own values and frees us to do what we want and need to do. 3. Just Do It. The most important word is “Just”. We all struggle with self-doubt, we hesitate. We think instead of just doing what we need to do. This fits into the “5 Second Rule”. Say 5,4,3,2,1 and then just do it. Take action even when you don’t want to. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/a-bit-of-optimism/id1515385282?i=1000743939811
