Learning MORE vocabulary isn't always the answer. Sometimes you need to go back and USE what you've already learned. Before learning ten new words today, review ten older ones. Can you still: recognize them? explain them? pronounce them? use them? If not — they're worth revisiting.
Instead of always using should, try: You could… I'd recommend… One thing that might help is… Have you tried…? If I were you, I'd… Different expressions make your English sound more natural.
Big goal: Become fluent. That's difficult to measure. Small goals: Speak for three minutes. Learn ten useful workplace expressions. Read one article each week. Participate in SORA three times a week. Small goals give you something you can actually accomplish. And small wins add up.
Don't only ask: “What did I study?” Also ask: What can I DO now? What's getting easier? What still needs practice? What should I focus on next? Reflection turns activity into intentional learning.
Speaking is a skill. Like other skills, you can build endurance. Start with: 30 seconds. Then 60. Then 90. Then two minutes. Then three. You don't need perfect English. You need practice keeping your ideas moving.
