Private Investment Agent

I have a lead for a private investment firm. He only deals with clients that have at least 10 million to invest. His website is simple, doesn't get him any traction really. He has no google business profile, Hes interested as being seen as an authority in his field. I can offer him several services. SEO, AEO, GEO, and a new website (one that will be AEO and GEO friendly). I'm doing research to see if Google or Meta ads would be worth while. Only problem with the website is he believes it doesn't bring him clients so doesn't want to invest in it at all. He wants me to think of things that will help him get his target audience in front of him. He said hes 76 years old. I was thinking of possibly offering to do a few Sora videos of his likeness and do some youtube content on tips and stuff he does. But I'm kinda at a loss atm.
