I don't quite understand the limits of videos per day.

So on the pricing, it was 5 video a month, or 12 a month. but underneath it also says 1 video a day or 3 videos a day. So that means there is a daily limit to generation? but a limit on monthly generation? And once the video is done, can it be regenerated ? or does that mean it used up the credits already?
