Thanks for the opportunity. Love a go-at-your-own-pace option.
Super busy so you likely won't see me commenting often but looking forward to reviewing the content & comparing your advice to what I did at our own rentals. We actually live in our STR all winter long, its our only house - so a lot of what we did there was for us and tenants, def made the design less catchy and more "this is someone's home."
