We hear โ€œnervousโ€ and think:
โŒ something is wrong
โŒ I need to calm down
โŒ I should not feel this
So what do we do?
We try to:

๐Ÿ“ฑ distract
๐Ÿ˜ต numb out
But what ifโ€ฆ
That feeling in your chest
That buzz in your body
That tight energy
โšก๏ธโ€ฆis not a problem?
What if itโ€™s:
๐Ÿ”ฅ power building
๐Ÿ”ฅ energy getting ready
๐Ÿ”ฅ your body saying โ€œletโ€™s GOโ€
Think about it:
That same feeling shows up when you:๐Ÿ’ฅ get excited
๐Ÿ’ฅ feel attraction
๐Ÿ’ฅ step into something big
๐Ÿ’ฅ are about to create
๐Ÿ’ฅ get turned on
Same energy. Different story.
๐ŸŒฑ Somewhere along the way, we forgot how to be with it.
We lost touch with:
๐ŸŒ the ground
๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ the air
๐ŸŒŠ real life moving through us
So now, when energy risesโ€ฆ
We fight it.
