Practices We Worked With
🌀 Notice the Stop → where do you cut yourself off? → where are you masking? → where are you performing?
🌀 Speak It Out Loud → even if it’s not perfect → even if it’s just for you → don't keep it inside → say it
🌀 Fears → write down your fears → say them out loud → burn or soak the paper so you release them
🌀 New Moon → write what you haven’t said → say it → let it move through you
