Hey everyone! As you know I don't like to do spell work on an Eclipse, watch this weeks Space Weather for more details! Here is a practice! Grounding Practice Find somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed. Sit comfortably with both feet on the floor. Place one hand over your heart. Place the other over your stomach. Take ten slow breaths. Notice the chair supporting you. Notice the floor beneath your feet. Notice the rhythm of your breathing. Allow your body to soften. When you feel settled, ask yourself: - What version of myself am I ready to leave behind? - Who do I genuinely want to become? - What qualities do I want to embody over the next six months? - Where am I living from fear rather than love? - What feels exciting, even if it also feels a little scary? When you're ready, write one sentence beginning with: "Over the next six months, I choose to become..." Keep this sentence somewhere you'll see it often. You don't need to know exactly how you'll become this person. Simply allow yourself to grow into them.
