Body sensations are data. When you scan for the initiation in your body, you'll find three kinds of information:

🌺 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 — full-body yes · the excitement of the crossing · the go-signal

🩹 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧 — something ready to move · not a no · data that this part is asking to be more explored

💤 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 — not ready to be looked at · wanting gentleness or space · wait here · don't force

Where does the initiation land in you?

Scan slowly. Give it time.

The body will tell you when it's ready to cross.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥: Write down one dream, goal, or intention you're carrying into the chapter. Place it beneath the candle. Surround it with the herbs. As the candle burns, ask that any fear, self-doubt, or old stories be revealed and released.

Leave the paper on your altar until after Mercury Retrograde (July 23). Then revisit. Adjust if your heart has changed.

The paper isn't the intention. The paper is the doorway. Let the initiation move through you before you cross.
