There's always one consistent element lingering around when I talk to people about getting shape.
I ask, "how's the routine going so far".
The common answer I get is, "not so great, I don't have much time for it".
The beauty about fitness like other things is the fact is it's not "one size fits all".
The individuals I've talked to take a routine they saw from a bodybuilder on Instagram and try to replicate in their own life.
