Vent
I'm feeling so overwhelmed, so I was left with the last part of NLP when I was admitted to hospital and now I'm avoiding continuing I'm spending most of my time trying to fall asleep.I don't want to slip into depression been down that road too many times,this course had given me a sense of purpose,I don't know where to start ,but I am making a decision now to keep showing up for myself
