Hey - I'm Liz, founder of the clothing brand Elizabeth Suzann. For a decade, I have been muddling my way through running a business and trying to maintain my values. Balancing the needs of my family and the vision I have for my work is a constant challenge.
I have found significant value in connecting with others on a similar path, often to just remind each other that we are not alone and our struggles are not unique. I have been lifted up so many times by community, and I want to facilitate that.
The goal for this space is primarily to be a soft landing place for those of us in the trenches. But it can also be a resources and place of learning. Use Community posts to ask for advice, share recommendations, and collaborate on solutions. I'll add relevant resources to the Classroom section over time so they are easy to find.
If anyone has ideas, I'm very open. Let's create the support group we need together!
