Gentlemanly Pursuits: Falconry (Post from Scott)
I recently went to Medieval Times for a birthday party and had a wonderful time. The knights, horses, and the themes are fun. Before the "feast" was served there was a falconry demonstration, with the falcon swooping just above our heads. My very young nieces enjoyed this very much. If you have the chance to go for a dinner and show, please do so.
