I started doing sprints in my house weeks ago and now I cant because of the pain in my underfoot (plantar fasciitis). How can i practice sprinting with this pain because it takes months to fully heal?
Ive been trying to get rid of bothered pain on the sole of my foot for over a week and the pain is still there. Ive been trying to do fascial exercises for the past couple of days but it just doesn't work.
How can I improve my juggling in a short period because i'm about to join an academy soon and I Dont want to be the baller who can't juggle more than 4 😓
