This program is for people who are tired of feeling stuck, who know deep down that they’re meant for more but don’t know how to break free from the addiction cycles that have held them back.
Calendar:
Zooms – Monday and Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 9am to compliment the classroom.
There may be optional zooms on a Sunday.
Classroom: The Pillars of Sober and the City: -
Pillar 1 – Awareness (Weeks 1-4):
Breaking down and removing the conditioning and lies around alcohol/drugs.
Pillar 2 – Conflict/The Trial (Weeks 5-8):
Breaking down and removing the lies we tell ourselves about alcohol/drugs and why we need them.
Pillar 3 – Awakening (Weeks 9-12):
The most beautiful part of the journey is that you don’t have to change a thing about your life to experience a huge shift. As you shift your mindset, your actions and subsequently your reality will follow. Slowly but surely, you will create a life that feels full, vibrant and free.
Pillar 4 - Maintenance/The Rewrite (Week 13 Onwards)
