My Re-Up
VISION:
Being a top-performing goalkeeper, starting in one of the top-tier leagues in Europe (Germany, England or Spain) and getting to play for my national team.
#1 RESULT:
By the end of the season: Being fully recovered from my injury back in top shape and find a way to get playing on a higher-level team than the one I am right now.
NEXT GOAL:
  1. Be able to walk with no crutches in an air walker with no pain (by the end of next week)
  2. Improving on the tactical aspect of the game as well as bettering my physical shape in areas I'm still able to train for (end of injury - 6-8 weeks)
ACTIONS
  1. Map out a clear schedule that includes mental and doable physical training as well as time for physical therapy and recovery for my foot (by today)
  2. Create a new nutrition plan given my new activity level and goals (by today)
  3. Find a place where I can borrow out a magnetic-field-therapy machine over multiple weeks and go get it (by this friday)
  4. Learn about visualization techniques to train passively (by tomorrow)
What do you guys think? Any ideas or things I can improve on?
