Hi everybody,
I arrived to this group searching for a martial art course in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, where I was to be for two months. After a serious study of what was offered here, and after opting for a possible Wing Chun class, I discovered that in Kaohsiung was the Taiwanese branch of the Practical Wing Chun from Hong Kong.
I searched on the web about it and found it very interesting. Twenty years ago I studied three years intensively the Wing Tsun of the EWTO, at the Spanish border to France (Basque Country), and when I looked some weeks ago to the Practical Wing Chun on the web, I knew I would learn something probably concretely effective and with really new insights.
I decided myself to follow the weekly group classes of the Taiwanese Branch for one month, for me four times the week, and next week the month will be complete.
From the very first beginning I searched if they were some instructions online in this lineage of Practical Wing Chun, and I found so Sifu Martin, with www.sifumartin.com, and then the present group. Returning to Europe (Corsica, France), I will come back in a quite isolated environment and it will be probably useful to help myself and nourish what I am learning here in Kaohsiung making myself a member of the Smarter Fighter Academy.
It will be done beginning the next month. Sorry for such a long and boring message, but it situates me quite exactly in what joins us all here. I wish well to all of you.
