I actually play in competitive racquetball tournaments and thisnis not only practical for my martial arts training but also my racquetball training. The most difficult part of every match is receiving the serve because your opponent is in control. A professional once gave me some advice about my starting stance to better react and this inspires me to take it even further. The second most difficult part is being efficient with your movement around the ball to make your best return shot. I am going to use this in my training to see if it improves my Agility both off the serve and movement around the ball. Everything is Kung fu! Haha

This video just proves how logical, practical, and natural wing chun is. I actually discovered this is my own training. While using a punching bag and doing the 3 hit strikes, I noticed that if I didn't roll my hands I would hit them as they retracted. Love it

This explanation of the 3 forms makes so much sense. It's only logical to start training in the position that you have the advantage in and then using the other 2 forms to get back to that advantage
