It’s not a code inspection or anything legal/regulatory. It’s about real‑world comfort, usability, and modern essentials like noise and connectivity. Operators also gain a competitive edge from monthly newsletter features and social media exposure. The goal is to set clearer expectations, attract better‑fit guests/tenants, and help good operators stand out in crowded markets.
