Contract Type Agent Offer
I’m wondering if when sending an offer to a realtor it’s better to use the FARBAR and if a non realtor can use it without having agent representation.
I'm sending an offer to an agent with a custom P&A. Feel like it would be better to send them a FARBAR
to have less resistance
