This week you might start to notice patterns emerge. Patterns in yourself and with other people. Awareness of our patterns helps us to recognize why things keep repeating in our life. If this week you notice a returning or repeating pattern, try to pause. Ask yourself some questions. Try to approach the pattern from a curious mind. Try to see it in a new way or from a wider lens. If you need to walk it out with a trusted friend reach out and see if they are available to hold space and listen, ask them to spot possible things you may not be seeing. This is not so they can fix it for you, but to help you see what you may have missed.
