Should vs Passion
The language of our mind speaks to us in Should's. I should do that. Don't do that it is not what you should be doing. The your mind is a beautiful gift to use in the service of others. It gave provide inspiration, spark for new creative ideas, and it can provide new possibilities of how it can be possible to bring them into reality. The way your mind is able to provide these gifts for others is not the same way it works for yourself.
When we go to our mind to help us design something new we are unaware we are stuck in the minds knowns. Meaning our minds for ourselves are looking to confirm what it already believes and already knows. It is not looking for anything new.
Passion erupts in our belly and heart, it is the fire that burns to sustain the spark of an idea into reality. Passion is not logical and will never be. If will never make sense and it is not suppose to. Passion has nothing to do with should. Passion is a light that gets turned on and either we run with it or we let our mind turn it off with Should's. Passion comes from within us and must be nurtured in an environment within ourselves to let it build and burn bright. Our mind for ourselves is to be a creative playground of imagination of our passions coming to life. If is not there to tell us we should do something else other than our passion or that we should play it safe with what we know.
Use other people in your life to help you get knew information, feel the new possibilities, feed your mind something new to help grow your passion instead of stomping it out.
