One thing I keep seeing with small business owners is that they’re busy all day… but still unsure what’s actually moving their business forward.
It’s easy to spend hours replying to messages, tweaking a website, posting on social media, or chasing tiny tasks but when you step back, revenue and momentum don’t always match the effort.
Something that’s helped me (and others I’ve learned from) is asking a simple question each week:
“What are the 3 actions that would make this week a win?”
Not 20 things. Just 3.Examples could be:
- Reach out to 5 potential clients
- Finish and send one proposal
- Launch or test one small offer
- Improve one part of your sales or onboarding process
When everything feels important, nothing really is. Focusing on a few high-impact moves keeps you from drowning in busywork.
what’s one thing in your business right now that, if you fixed or improved it, would make everything else easier?
