Steps!!
Steps are things we can do that are basically going to assist in our symptoms. Do you have to go outside and walk? No you don’t if you are busy in your job or you are walking around Walmart your body is moving as we’ve become more sedentary in our jobs and our life. It has made a difference in our symptoms and longevity. Science is really backing movement and steps is a simple way we can commit Now.. the last time I had my blood work done. My vitamin D was really low and they gave me some giant pills to help me adjust that.
Sunlight gives us vitamin D and if you don’t know me, I’m pretty much a vampire. I don’t go out much in the summer here in Las Vegas. It’s impossible to walk. The temperatures are around 120. And I just can’t do it those months that we can’t walk really put a stress on my body when I was in St. Louis. We walked every day even in the summer.
Fortunately, it’s nice and crispy outside so the season of walking is back on for our family always can tell the difference in how I look and feel when I do take a good walk through our neighborhood. I guess what I’m trying to say is this is something I have to commit for several reasons, but I do find it help helps so much
