🌿 Reframe & Rise Women
Something shifts when you realize you don’t have to push through every hard day alone. I found a space that actually helps you slow down, reset stress, and feel like yourself again. It’s called Reframe & Rise Women, created by Dr. Stephanie — she’s a retired law‑enforcement sergeant with a PhD in Human Behavior, and she really understands the pressure women carry. Inside the group, you get a 14‑day stress reset, simple tools to calm your mind, workouts you can do at home, and support that feels real, not overwhelming. If you’ve been stuck in survival mode and want steady energy and habits that actually last, this is worth checking out. https://www.skool.com/reframe-rise-women/about?ref=6f161be8eb3540aaa1f1c8b34e3804bc
Felt inspired
Hello everyone, I hope it’s OK that I post this, I really wanted to share this quote! “A river cuts through rock, not because of its power, but because of its persistence.” — Attributed to James N. Watkins
Look Who's Appearing in a Skool ad? 👀
Someone else shared my appearance and low and behold lookie, lookie who's next to me? Are we famous now? 😉. (I feel like I am). @Jennifer Turner I am so grateful for the Skool platform! It has changed my business and my life!! Let's celebrate!! 💃

💰 Money Mindset + Your Nervous System
I have to admit, I never thought I had an overactive nervous system until I realized how much I struggle with the following behaviors: - Procrastination: Putting off tasks because of underlying stress or overwhelm. - Over-learning: Consistently consuming more information instead of taking action. - Overthinking: Analyzing every single detail to the point of mental paralysis. - Perfectionism: Waiting until the "perfect" time to start, which rarely ever comes. - Hustle Culture Mentality: Believing that working a ton of jobs and pushing harder than anyone else was a flex, even when it completely burned me out. I really enjoyed this module and listened to it several times in chunks to fully absorb it. When you have spent your whole life in survival mode, it is wild to realize how incredibly difficult it is to let that go. It takes a lot of work to allow new experiences to come through—especially when peace and safety still feel unfamiliar. I wanted to share this and thank you for putting this out there! It was a great self-reflection moment!

Can I celebrate a little win for a moment? 🥹💜 Today my cousin sent me a screenshot that completely caught me off guard. My community was being featured in a Facebook advertisement for Skool. I started this community with a simple vision: create a safe space where women could heal, reconnect with themselves, and know they don't have to carry everything alone. There were days when it felt small. Days when I wondered if anyone was listening. Days when I questioned myself. But I kept showing up anyway. Today felt like one of those moments where God gently whispers: "See? Keep going." If you're building something right now, don't give up on it just because you can't see all the results yet. Keep planting the seeds. You never know when life will surprise you with proof that your work matters. 🌱✨
