One of the things I love most about doing something like the Summit is that you never really know where the conversation is going to lead. After my talk on 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, I asked community owners what they would actually want help with if we worked together on their communities.
The answers were so interesting. They weren't asking for more random growth hacks.
They wanted help with things like:
🌱 Finding the right people
💬 Getting members to engage
❤️ Creating a community people want to stay in
🧭 Knowing what to focus on
📣 Growing organically
💰 Building something sustainable
And that gave me an idea...
Actually, more than an idea. I've started building it. 🥰 I've spent the last few weeks turning the 𝗦𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 into a practical workbook that community owners can actually work through.
I'm now sitting at almost 50 pages and thinking...
"Okay Lisa... this might actually be a thing!" 😂
The next step is something I've been quietly putting together: A small 4-week Founding Cohort where we won't just talk about organic growth. We'll work through the pillars and apply them to your actual community.
I'm not opening it up just yet — I'm warming up the idea first and seeing who is interested.
But I'm pretty excited about where this is going. 🌱 And honestly, this is my Summit win:
𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜'𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸.
That's pretty cool. ❤️
If you were in my Summit session, I'd love to know:
