Celebrating reaching level 5!! 🎉 A friend of mine just wrote a post on Facebook and it really got me thinking. She is a multi passionate entrepreneur like I am and she was feeling “in a funk” because she felt scattered and didn’t know what to focus on. She worked with a coach and went for the one thing that was bringing her most joy right now and I totally know that feeling of being multi passionate/multi talented and spreading yourself thin and feeling confused … and broke! She said that feels a sense of peace and purpose now. I’ve been on a journey to find out the one thing truly lights me up and I feel like I’m getting there, and in that journey I have been doubling down on Skool through Brenda’s trainings. So, I’m feeling accomplished having focussed my energy and have got to level 5 so far!

You may have heard that I deactivated some of my social media accounts. I've kept... - YouTube for retargeting - Facebook for Meta Ads But everything else I am taking a break from. Call is midlife brain fog, or raising cortisol levels, but it just doesn't give me joy anymore.
