👉 When someone charges less than you...
I recently had a conversation with someone who felt stuck because they noticed another community offering a lower price for what seemed like a similar value.
A few years ago, when I was offering website builds, a client told me another agency had quoted her $2,000 less than I had.
I won’t lie, it made me question myself for a moment. I kept thinking, how are they even doing it for that price?
But after sitting with it, I came back to the same conclusion. My pricing reflected the level of service, the quality of the work, and the support behind the project. It was fair.
That experience reminded me that there will always be someone charging less. That does not automatically mean you are charging too much. Sometimes people are simply offering a very different level of service, care, strategy, or reliability.
I let it go, wished them well, and later found out the project was delayed by two months.
Such a good reminder that cheaper is not always better, and the right people will value what you bring.
Have you ever had a moment where someone cheaper made you question your pricing? 👇
