What do you look for in summit speakers

I am participating in my first Summit and loving it. I'm an organizer and have organized many conventions including one online so I think those skills will transfer but it was easy getting speakers for those because they all come from within the recovery community.

Do you start scouting speakers before or after you decide on the theme and what do you look for in a speaker?
