✨People Pleasing Isn’t Polite—It’s a Trauma Response.✨
Let’s be real: People pleasing feels like being nice. But it’s not.
It's shrinking.
It’s shape-shifting.
It’s self-abandonment in a cute outfit.
We learned to people please because it kept us safe.
Make them happy → stay out of trouble.
Make them comfortable → maybe they’ll like me.
Make yourself smaller → maybe you won’t be rejected.
But let me ask you this:
What are you giving up to keep everyone else comfy?
Your boundaries?
Your rest?
Your joy?
Your actual soul?
I used to people please in my business—especially with my prices. I kept them painfully low because I was afraid people wouldn’t like me if I valued my work.
But here’s the thing: When your pricing isn’t in alignment with the true worth of your work, it’s not generous. It’s out of integrity. It’s giving doormat energy. And doormats don’t change the world—they just get walked on.
You can’t reclaim your power if you’re constantly handing it out in exchange for approval.
So if you’re feeling the nudge to finally get out of the damn performance and back into your truth—this summit is your sign.
We’re not here to be liked.
We’re here to live in alignment.
To take up space.
To honor our truth.
To stop begging for scraps of love and start choosing ourselves.
Check out my session.
Your permission slip is waiting.💥 Come get your power back, Happy Camper. 💥
